Du Toitskloof Fairtrade Initiative’s clinic offers healthcare services to our Fairtrade members and their families.

It is situated in the farming community, offering easy access to Fairtrade employees in the area.

In addition to the Clinic, a Mobile Clinic is also available to operate as an occupational healthcare unit. It enables our Occupational Health nurse to take the clinic to the farms and facilities within the initiative.

Eye testing and the provision of spectacles, especially for the children and elderly is a vital part of ensuring the well-being of our Fairtrade members and their families.

The clinic assists our producers with Fairtrade’s requirements for health and safety compliance of drivers and spray operators. A registered Occupational Health Practitioner is contracted to assist producers with compliance annually.
